3 Birthdays and a masterpiece
Yesterday was a busy day.
1) Birthday breakfast with Yeh Yeh.
2) Chloe jie jie's birthday party.
3) Dinner with birthday gal Serena jie jie.
And just when we thought she's not artistically inclined, my little Picasso drew this....

Arrival of the Whys & How Comes
"How come you fall down?"
"Why you so careless?"
"Why bear bear so dirty?"
"Why?" "Why?" "Why?"
And she will just ask the same question over and over again, even after
you've replied her all the various possibilites.
I think she just enjoy using the question mark and not really seeking for
an answer (at the moment).

Reasoning or 顶嘴?
exercise while waiting for papa to finish his dinner.
Me: Tricia, don't jump on the sofa. Remember last week in Nana's house,
you jumped on the bed and fell onto the floor?
Munchkin: (paused for a while to conjure up a reply) This is not a bed,
this is a sofa.
Should I laugh or should I cry???!!!!!!!

An eye for details and the memory of an elephant.
This gal is a born KPO....
She stares at people in the lift, gives them the top to bottom lookover, and shares with them that she's got the same bag, toy etc......
If the neighbour forgets to close the gate, she'll do it for them.
If the neighbour's door is open, she'll peep into the house.
She's always the 1st person to notice papa's haircut, with just 1 glance from a distance, and comments 'nice'.
She notices my new clothes & accessories.
Do not make her a promise that you're not able to keep to.
She'll remember (if it's something she really wants) and keeps bugging you.
If we promise her something that we'll do tomorrow, the minute she wakes up, she'll ask for it.
She remembers where she left her stuff and where you left yours.
She remembers who bought her what.
I hope she holds on to this inquisitiveness and good memory and applies them in her academic life! (And hopefully save me lots of tuition fees!!!!)

Korea Trip
We decided to go on a trip to utilise the last of her under 2 airfare privilege! Plus 婆婆 was going to Beijing, so I need to look for an alternative babysitter!
It was 5 degrees Celsius when we arrived. Tricia took to the cold better than us adults (or did I overbundle her?!). Despite nursing a cold and cough from backhome, she enjoyed the outdoors very much.
Being the youngest and cutest in the tour group, she gets treats and attracts lots of attention everywhere she goes.
She slept very well at night cuz she refused to be carried and so walked everywhere with us.
Most of the time she was very cooperative on the bus and self-entertains.
She likes the tour guide a lot, always going "Uncle, talk!" He's the only one who's able to get her to eat, voluntarily!
Wah......so 乖, you might think. NOT! Of course there are plenty of those unstoppable terrible twos tantrums.
She lost 1 kg during this trip, which is 10% of her total body weight. No, we did not starve her. She only takes rice, seaweed and milk. I dread the mealtimes. She refused to sit with us and insist on going outside all the time. We all have to take turns to eat inorder to keep her quiet.
Making her take her medicine is like forcing her to take poison! We have to bribe her with lots of seaweed and junkfood!
Whenever we step onto the bus, she'll insist on taking off her shoes and socks (even though it was still freezing cold), eventhough the next destination was like 5 minutes away. We're always the last to get off the bus cuz we'll need to coax her to put on her socks, shoes and warm clothing.
4 adults vs 1 toddler
Hyperactive toddler wins! It was that tiring!
